Vegane Bolognese 

This is the healthiest pasta recipe I’ve ever tried. 

Lentils are so healthy and this bolognese is mostly made of lentils. They have a lot of protein in them and they can help you to reduce emotional stress or depression. 

Ingredients: spaghetti, lentils (brown or red) , tomatoes , carrots, tomato paste , basil , onions , garlic

Direction: cook pasta, wash lentils, put choped carrots , onions , garlic and tomatoes in a pan, boil everything , add lentils and tomato paste until soft and wait until it looks like the typical bolognese. 

Serve with basil on top.
